About the Author

Dr. Clark is an independent research scientist. Dr. Clark has a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, and the Master of Arts with High Honors from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. Then she studied for two years at McGill University before attending the University of Minnesota and obtaining her doctorate degree in physiology in 1958. After doing government sponsored research for almost ten years at Indiana University, she began private consulting in nutrition in 1979. She continued her studies to earn a Naturopathy degree and an amateur radio license. The freedom to follow her most promising observations led to the breakthrough discoveries described in this book.

This is the best book out of all Dr. Hulda's books that I have read so far. A couple of reasons I say that are, it's the most recently revised (if you get the kindle version) and had 600+ pages of health projects you can choose to verify and validate on your body.For example in section 4179, she says, "when water doesn't taste good, there is probably a valid reason". She then goes on to say how to make a clean version of a water pitcher. I know a little bit about water from reading a tiny book, The Choice Is Clear so her little recipe is very welcome.Other little snippets I enjoyed reading were Chelation and how to oxidate olive oil.This is definitely a book worth reading from cover to cover. When I first read this, I wondered if she was a bit of a nutty zealot. Now I think she is really right about much of what she says. I know she's right about parasites being much more prevalant than we think, because I found out that I have them, too! Now we know more about how toxoplasma gondii (from cats) can cause depression, schizophrenia, suicide, etc. Could this be why we all seem know a "crazy cat lady"? My apology's to cat lovers, but the two times in my life when I lived closely with cats who had access to hunting, I developed major depression with in the year. Only cats who hunt regularly are likely to pass this parasite on. I loved my cats, but not enough to be depressed. Now I only have dogs. I know Hulda encourages us to have no pets, but I'll take my chances with dogs.I wonder why there is no mention of diatomateous earth. I have twice used the herbal parasite cleanse she recomends, and I thought I had good results, but I never saw any parasites. But recently I tried taking 2 Tablespoons daily of food-grade DE and after 10 days I passed lots of parasites. My approach now is do do both the herbal and the DE regularly. (Please make sure you juse only food grade DE. The sort used for pool filters is poisonous!)

Life saver. My health had declined to NO quality of life. I'll spare you the details. This book is spot-on. Instead of knowing I didn't "have long", I now can get through each day almost like a normal person after less than a month. I look different, feel different, and found literally hundreds of visible parasites. We all have them. I haven't tried the zapper (yet), just the herbs. I had a radical, radical improvement in energy within 1-2 days and was a new person, literally, after a week. Unbelievable. Mind blowing.

If you really want to know what's going on inside you, and what a difference you can make in your health, please don't pass this by. I have cancer, and I can't tell you how incredible not only the information has been, but the ability to take control on your own outcome! The sacrifices this woman had made to prevent the government from streaking away our ability to heal such an enormous amount of our ailments is far beyond the call of duty. Read and be well again. It truly works. Im living proof!

Five weeks into the parasite cleanse, and some craaaazy stuff has come out of my body! Multiple worms and I've been broken out into consistent hives, skin eruptions for the past four of those weeks. Awesome read!!! I recommend everyone read this book! My husband has started some of the protocol and we both plan on doing the full cleanse. I've heard of others having great success with her cleanses. Others say it didn't do much. I'm not sure if they followed it to a T, or maybe they just had other underlying problems. If you have a ton of health problems, or just don't feel 100%, I recommend considering this book.
