Excellent book for my 3 year old. She highly enjoys looking at the pictures and learning about the functions of animals. We also have the other pocket encyclopedias offered. They’re easy to transport and share during show and tell at her school. Highly recommend for the price!
My kids love this little pocket guide. I bought it for my two year old because he is in love with all dogs. However, I have seen it in the hands of my 6, 8, and 11 year olds. They don’t seem to tire of thumbing through it and telling me about random dogs. It is an excellent size and surprisingly great quality. Full color photos.
I've seen these books long ago in a larger size with larger pictures. It's my fault I didn't check the size of these books first. I would have tried to find the larger version hard cover. I do love the information and photos. My granddaughter will enjoy them regardless of the size.
My daughter is obsessed with dogs. This is the perfect size to throw in my purse when we are on the run. She enjoys reading it over and over!

A great book for our 4 year old Great Grandson, who is a real dog enthusiast! It is child-sized, loaded with very good pictures, and info about each breed of dog featured. A wonderful learning tool, and one he'll use for many years.
My son loves these.We have a few of them. They are small which makes them great for traveling or in the car.
My daughter loves the Pocket Genius books. They are a fun size, full of interesting facts, and the colors of the pictures are vibrant and clear. Highly recommend any of the books from this series.
